Viaflex®
The Viaflex® Profiles P10 (97 mm height) and P15 (150 mm height) are ideally suited for edging beds, cycle and footpath borderings and roof greening. They can be laid easily and in any shape; they do not require much material or specific tools.
Despite their low weight, they are extremely robust, do not decay, crack or rust unlike wood, rubber, plastic or steel. Gentle curves along the profiles make them safe to handle during installation and maintenance. In addition to the natural aluminium version, the 97 mm profile is also available in anodized black.
Viaflex® Basic
The Viaflex® basic edging profiles (100mm height) are ideally suited for flower beds, cycle and footpath borderings.
They can be laid easily in any shape, can be connected without screws or rivets. They can be placed both with the elegant flat side or the round special safe side to the top.
With the measurements in place, the Viaflex® basic anchors can easily be clicked into the edging; connecting elements are available and can be slid easily in the profiles. This idea is unique
Limaflex®
The Limaflex® aluminium support rim provides pavings slabs, stone paving, gravel and crushed stone with the necessary support, prevents the outer base layer from giving way and facilitates the design and construction of outdoor areas. Profile heights of 55, 120 and 200 mm are available, depending on the application.
Special concrete/ground anchors provide particularly strong support for heavily used profiles. The edge can be laid easily and in almost any shape, makes efficient use of materials and does not require specific tools. Despite its low weight, it is extremely robust and does not decay, crack or rust unlike wood, plastic or steel.
Aluminium has proven itself over decades as a strong, corrosion-resistant, durable building material. QualityEdging chooses aluminium also due to its high recyclability that can be done indefinite times without quality loss.
Limaflex® Sand
The amazingly beautiful edging novelty is Limaflex® Sand – our latest sand coloured edging for heritage buildings and landscaping with following meaurements: 200/10mm
Cortiflex®
Cortiflex® lawn edgings and borders made of corten steel offer a wealth of individual possibilities to separate garden design areas with a warm patina-coloured boundary – neat, permanent and visually appealing. The extremely strong corten steel standard sections can be individually cut to size directly on site; they are delivered with solid anchors for concrete or soil and pre-drilled fixing holes.
The section heights of 105 mm, 160 mm and 300 mm can be installed with a visible upper section to suit the overall desired decorative character. For the installation, only a screwdriver is required. The M8 round head screws with square neck, the washers and nuts are made of V2A stainless steel. The concrete and ground anchors, the corner elements and fasteners with the straight profiles are screwed at the prefabricated screw holes – no specific tools are required
Omniflex® Lux
Omniflex® Lux is an aluminium profile for path and paving edging with LED strips. It provides for a unique way to illuminate pathways, courtyards and seating areas in a tasteful, glare-free and customized way.
The Omniflex® profile was conceived to meet the highest requirements in terms of design, quality and sturdiness. It gives patio and walkway slabs, flagstones, grit, split and asphalt areas the support they need. In addition, it is helpful for designing and building outdoor and indoor facilities. The basic profile made of aluminium alloy is pre-fitted with a silver-anodized (E6/EV1) lighting rail and is delivered with a silver-anodized (E6/EV1) front-mounted slide-in
lighting profile with 25 mm long and 6.5 mm tall light slits.
The lighting profile is ready for a LED lighting strip (IP65) to be inserted by a qualified electrician on site.
Varioklipp®
Extremely stable and height-variable, Varioklipp® is designed for a wide range of applications and combines the highest standards of design, quality and stability.
It is ideal for creating raised beds, sand and play boxes as well as gravel splash protection strips on buildings. The basic elements are made of an aluminium alloy that can be clipped together in 10 cm increments using a plug-in system. An end element is clipped on as the uppermost profile. Various anchoring options allow the profiles to be fixed to solid surfaces, such as flat roofs, concrete or gravel base layers, as well as for ground installations and in concrete
foundations. Rectangles, trapezoids and many other shapes can be created using 90° and 135° corner support and wall connection profiles.
The base and end elements are available in either natural aluminium or black anodised.They can be installed on site or in the factory. For anchoring, you can choose between 90° profile anchors, which are punched with a hole for steel nails or screws, or special concrete and ground anchors, anodised for high corrosion protection.
Gramiflex®
Gramiflex® is a unique, patented innovation. This lawn edging combines a separation between lawns and flower beds with an additional hose and cable duct. The rust-resistant aluminium profile has a hollow space at the top through which a ½-inch garden hose can be routed just as easily as a power cable. Discreetly, almost invisible to the observer, lighting and irrigation lines or intercom wiring can be laid in the garden.
The upper side, under which the channel is located, is round and ensures safety – you can walk around even without shoes. The lawn edging is held firmly in the ground thanks to the flexible s-shaped profile (lying on the turf) that can be moulded into slight curves (approx. 4 m radius)
Gramiflex® is resistant to mechanical loads and weather influences; it is time-saving, corrosion-resistant, and easy to install. The aluminium alloy is recyclable. The round structure ensures safe walking. Edges do not dry out and it helps save water by reducing side run-offs. It simplifies edge maintenance thanks to less under-rooting and overgrowth. It comes with an extensive range of accessories for a wide variety of design and application options.
